1、 Construction preparation

Design and construction drawings: Ensure that the construction team fully understands the drawings, clarifies the specifications, dimensions, and installation positions of the air ducts.

Tools and Materials: Ensure that all necessary tools and materials are ready, including fiber fabric ducts, connectors, fasteners, screwdrivers, cutting tools, etc.

Construction site: Ensure that the construction site is clean, tidy, and has sufficient space for air duct installation.

2、 Basic production

According to the construction drawings, make the foundation for the installation of air ducts. The foundation should be sturdy and flat, able to support the air duct and prevent its movement.

During the production process, it is important to ensure that the dimensions and positions of the foundation are accurate to avoid installation issues.

3、 Installation of air ducts

Verify the specifications and dimensions of the air duct to ensure consistency with the construction drawings.

Install the air duct on the foundation according to the drawing requirements. Ensure that the air duct is installed straight and without obvious bending or twisting.

During the installation process, the air duct should be protected to avoid damage or contamination.

4、 Connection and fixation

Connect the air ducts together using appropriate connectors. Ensure that the connector is tight and does not leak air.

As needed, use fasteners to secure the air duct to the foundation. Fixtures should be installed in appropriate positions to avoid movement or distortion of the duct.

During the connection and fixation process, it is necessary to ensure the sealing of the air duct to avoid air leakage.

5、 Installation of air vents

Determine the position and size of the air vent according to the construction drawings.

Install the air vent on the air duct to ensure its accurate and secure position.

During the installation process, it is important to ensure that the air outlet is clean and to prevent dust or debris from entering the air duct.

6、 Cleaning and Inspection

After installation, use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to clean the air ducts and vents. Ensure that both the inside and outside of the air duct are clean.

After cleaning, perform a leak test. Use a leak detector to test the air duct and ensure its good sealing.

If air leakage is found, it should be repaired immediately and retested until it is qualified.

7、 Delivery for use

After completing all installation and inspection work, conduct a post inspection to ensure that the air duct system is working properly.

Organize all tools and remaining materials and clean the construction site.

Submit an acceptance report to the customer or relevant department and provide instructions for use.
